WORLDCUPSHOP
Privacy policy
Last updated April 20, 2026
WORLDCUPSHOP sells original fan street graphics inspired by World Cup culture. We are not affiliated with FIFA, national federations, leagues, clubs, or featured athletes.
This policy describes how WORLDCUPSHOP ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit worldcupshop.us (the "Site"), create an account, or make a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information we collect
- Account and auth. If you sign in (for example with email or Google), our authentication provider processes credentials and session data so we can recognize your account.
- Orders and checkout. When you buy products, we collect what is needed to fulfill your order: items, sizes, quantities, shipping details you provide, and payment-related identifiers handled by our payments processor.
- Site usage. We may collect technical data such as device type, browser, approximate region derived from IP, and pages viewed to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Support messages. If you contact us, we keep the content of that conversation and your contact details so we can respond.
How we use information
- Provide the storefront, cart, checkout, and customer accounts.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and issue refunds when applicable.
- Arrange printing, production, and delivery with fulfillment partners.
- Send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Maintain security, debug issues, and comply with law.
Legal bases (where applicable)
If local law requires a "legal basis," we rely on performance of a contract (to deliver what you buy), legitimate interests (for example securing the Site and understanding aggregate demand), consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
Sharing and processors
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, including:
- Payments. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment data according to its own policies when you pay on their checkout flow.
- Data and auth. We use Supabase for database-backed catalog data, accounts, and related application infrastructure subject to their terms and security practices.
- Infrastructure. Hosting and related services (for example Vercel) may process request metadata in the ordinary course of operating the Site.
- Fulfillment. Printing, warehousing, or carriers receive the shipping and product details required to produce and deliver your order.
We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws. We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and business.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, reduce fraud, and measure basic Site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit checkout or account features.
Retention
We keep order and account records as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Other data may be retained for shorter periods based on operational needs.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details on the Site. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your home country.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Site or by email where appropriate.
