These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WORLDCUPSHOP ("we," "us," or "our") websites and services, including worldcupshop.us (the "Site"), and any purchases you make. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live and have authority to use any payment method you provide. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

Products, availability, and descriptions

We sell original graphic apparel and accessories with a street-poster, fan-culture aesthetic inspired by World Cup tournament energy. Product images, colors, and placement may vary slightly between your screen and the physical item. We may change styles, partners, or availability without notice; if an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or reasonable substitute where possible.

Independent fan art; no affiliation

WORLDCUPSHOP is an independent retailer. We are not sponsored by or affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, national football federations, leagues, clubs, sponsors, or athletes. References to teams, tournaments, or public figures are for artistic and cultural context only and do not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

Original designs, Site content, trademarks, and branding we own or license remain our property or our licensors' property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use purchased products for personal, non-commercial wear and display. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or Site content without written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Pricing, taxes, and promotions

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change before you complete payment. Taxes, duties, and shipping are calculated based on the information you provide and applicable law. Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

Orders, payment, and acceptance

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders for any lawful reason (including fraud prevention, inventory limits, or shipping restrictions). Payment is processed by our payments partner (Stripe). You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

Shipping and risk of loss

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the shipment, except where local law requires otherwise. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund rules are described on the Site (for example on our returns help page). Unless a longer period is required by law, requests must be made within the window we publish there. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags where applicable, except in the case of defects or fulfillment errors.

Accounts and security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDCUPSHOP AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, UNLESS A DIFFERENT MINIMUM APPLIES UNDER MANDATORY LAW.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WORLDCUPSHOP against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of others' rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction's laws, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state, or province require otherwise. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the federal or state courts located in the United States have jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and purchases, subject to any additional terms we present at checkout for specific promotions or products.
